摘要：乌梅丸是东汉张仲景《伤寒论》厥阴篇代表方,主治蛔厥和久利,现代研究发现其广泛用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎、糖尿病胃轻瘫、肠易激综合征、等并取得了良好的疗效。本文对近10年有关乌梅丸及其类方的研究报道进行数据挖掘和分析,总结其复方组成、功能主治、方解释义及类方;阐述乌梅丸及类方治疗胃肠疾病的临床应用研究、基础研究,探讨其作用机制。以期为胃肠疾病的有效治疗提供新思路和新方法,促进乌梅丸的推广应用和现代研究。
Wumeiwan(乌梅丸)was the representative prescription from the JueYin(厥阴)Chapter of Treatise on Cold Damage written by Zhang Zhongjing in the Eastern Han Dynasty.It mainly treats colic caused by ascaris and chronic diarrhea.The modern research has found that it is widely used in the treatment ofμLcerative colitis,diabetic gastroparesis,irritable bowel syndrome,and so on,with good curative effects.In this paper,literature mining and analysis were carried out on the research reports of Wumeiwan in the past 10 years,and the composition,functions and indications,interpretation,and similar of prescriptions were summarized.This paper expounded the clinical application and basic research of Wumeiwan and its similar prescription in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,and explored its mechanism.This paper is expected to provide new ideas and new methods for the effective treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,thereby promoting the popμLarization and application of Wumeiwan and its modern research.
