摘要：目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-2和表皮生长因子(EGF)在气虚血瘀型萎缩性胃炎(CAG)进程中的变化及益气健脾活血中药的干预效应。方法将90只大鼠随机分为空白组(n=10)和模型组(n=80),除空白组外其余大鼠采用综合法复制气虚血瘀型CAG动物模型,并于造模中抽检大鼠,至第12 w评估大鼠胃黏膜肠化生形成后,CAG模型大鼠采用随机数字表法分为模型组、益气健脾活血中药大、中、小剂量组和维酶素组,分别施药治疗90 d后对各组大鼠胃黏膜TNF-α、IL-2和血清EGF进行检测。结果与空白组比较,模型组大鼠胃黏膜TNF-α、IL-2和血清EGF水平显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,益气健脾活血中药可显著降低TNF-α、IL-2和EGF水平(P<0.05),且大剂量组作用显著。结论益气健脾活血中药具有改善胃黏膜血流量,减轻炎症反应和调整免疫功能的作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of TNF-α, IL-2 in gastric tissue and EGF in serum, and effect of Chinese materia medica with qi replenishing-spleen strengthening-blood activation on them in chronic atrophic gastritis progress of rats with qi-defieiency and blood-statsis. Methods Model of chronic atrophic gastritis was established with synthetic method. Rats were divided into 6 groups random- ly： normal, model, high, middle, low dose of the drug and Weimeisu groups. Effects of experimental drug on these targets, referred to the levels of TNF-α, IL-2 in gastric tissue and EGF in serum were detected. Results In successful model group, levels of TNF-α, IL-2 in gastric tissue and EGF in serum were much higher than those of normal group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared with model group, experimental drug could decrease content of TNF-c~, IL-2 in gastric tissue and EGF in serum （P 〈 0. 05 ） significantly. Conclusions It was suggested that Chinese materia medica with qi replenishing-spleen strengthening-blood activation has functions of adjusting immunity, ameliorating gastric mucosal blood flow and microcireulation and anti-inflammation.
