摘要：酒精依赖是中枢神经系统对酒精发生了适应性改变,是一种慢性复发性脑疾病。酒精依赖带来的医学问题和社会问题也越来越严重。目前酒精依赖的西医治疗面对副作用大的困扰,而中医药在治疗成瘾方面历史悠久并独具特色,其凭借辨证论治理论、不良反应相对较小、临床疗效明显等特点受到人们的重视,为临床治疗研究提供了新的思路。本文总结了近年来中医药治疗酒精依赖的研究进展,为以后相关中药治疗酒精依赖的研究提供参考。
Alcohol dependence is a chronic recurrent brain disease,which is the adaptation of the central nervous system to alcohol.The medical and social problems brought by alcohol dependence are also becoming more and more serious.At present,the western medicine treatment of alcohol dependence is facing the problems of side effects.Chinese medicine has a long history and unique characteristics in the treatment of addiction.It has attracted more and more attention by the theory of syndrome differentiation,relatively small adverse reactions and obvious clinical effect,Chinese traditional treatment provides a new idea to clinical treatment.This paper summarizes the research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of alcohol dependence in recent years,and may provide reference for the future researches of the treatment of alcohol dependence by traditional Chinese medicine.
