摘要：目的:系统评价结直肠癌围术期病人体验与信息需求。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library中结直肠癌围术期病人体验与信息需求相关文献,检索时限为建库至2025年3月1日。结果:共纳入17篇文献,经质量评价后进行资料提取与整合,提炼出75个主题,归纳为10个类别和4个整合结果(确诊初期核心需求、术前阶段核心需求、术后阶段的多维需求及出院病人核心需求)。结论:结直肠癌病人疾病全程存在多元信息需求,医护团队需全面了解病人内心需求,探索“以病人需求为中心”的全程健康管理方案。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the perioperative experience and information needs of colorectal cancer patients.Methods:Related literature on the perioperative experience and information needs of patients with colorectal cancer was retrieved from CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library from the inception to March 1,2025.Results:A total of 17 articles were included.After quality assessment,data were extracted and integrated,resulting in 75 themes,which were categorized into 10 types,and 4 integrated results(core needs at the initial diagnosis stage,core needs in the preoperative stage,multidimensional needs in the postoperative stage,and core needs of discharged patients).Conclusions:Colorectal cancer patients have diverse information needs throughout the disease process.Healthcare teams need to comprehensively understand their needs and explore comprehensive patient-centered health management programs.
