摘要：用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌/大鼠肝微粒体酶突变实验次突变抑制实验、观察莪术的致突变性及其抑制2-氨基芴（2－AF）致突变物作用。结果：莪术醇提物剂量在0．15－30．0g（原药重）／皿的范围内、均未见有致突变性；莪术醇提物具有明显抑制2-AF诱导鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变作用，并具有明显的剂量效应关系。提示：莪术对化学物的致突变性有一定的抑制作用。
The study was designed to investigate the mutagenicity of Rhizoma Zedoariae (RZ) and the antagonistic effects of RZ on fluorenamin (2) (2-AF) induced the mutagenesis. with the Salmonella/microsome mutagenicity test and mutagenicity inhibiting test. The results showed that RZ itself is not genotoxic, that 2-AF induced the Salmonella mutagensis might be inhibited by RZ with a dose dependent relationship. These suggested that RZ is not mutagenic and inhibitation to the chemical mutagen induced the mutagenitity.
