摘要：对王道坤教授“抑木扶土”法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)伴发病症的临床经验进行总结、分析。王教授根据CAG伴发病症在虚实、标本、缓急方面的差异,提出“抑木扶土”法,从整体出发,以辨证治疗为主,同时考虑伴发病症的自身特点,常用经验方化瘀消痞汤、疏肝和胃汤、敦煌石室大宝胶囊加减治疗CAG伴胃黏膜糜烂、胆汁反流、消瘦和营养不良等,疗效显著。附典型病案3则以验证。
This study aims to summarize and analyze the clinical experience of professor WANG Daokun in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with associated symptoms using the“Yimu Futu”(抑木扶土:calming the liver's excessive energy and strengthening the spleen's digestive and assimilative functions)therapeutic approach.Professor WANG has developed this method by considering the differences in the nature of deficiency and excess,the relationship between root causes and symptoms,and the urgency of CAG with associated symptoms.The approach emphasizes holistic treatment with a focus on syndrome differentiation.It also takes into account the unique characteristics of associated symptoms.Professor WANG frequently employs empirical formulas such as Huayu Xiaopi Decoction(化瘀消痞汤),Shugan Hewei Decoction(疏肝和胃汤),and modified Dunhuang Shishi Dabao Capsules(敦煌石室大宝胶囊)to treat CAG accompanied by gastric mucosal erosion,bile reflux,weight loss,and malnutrition,achieving remarkable outcomes.Three representative case studies are provided to validate the effectiveness of this method.
