摘要：查阅相关文献,从调节中枢神经系统、调节血管舒缩、改善骨质疏松症和骨关节炎、调节泌尿系统及保护心血管等方面概述黄酮类化合物治疗围绝经期综合征的作用机制,认为在今后的研究中应结合现代科学技术手段,多途径、多层次和多水平地阐述黄酮类化合物治疗围绝经期综合征的药效物质基础、作用机制及构效关系。
By consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the mechanism of flavonoids compounds in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome(PMS)from 5 aspects,namely regulating central nervous system,regulating vasomotion,improving osteoporosis and osteoarthritis,regulating urinary system,and protecting cardiovascular system,etc.It holds that the future research should be combined with modern scientific and technological means to elaborate the pharmacodynamic substance basis,mechanism and structure-activity relationship of flavonoids compounds in the treatment of PMS in multiple ways,at multiple layers and at multiple levels.
