摘要：“热补针法”是中国著名针灸学家郑魁山教授将根据“烧山火”针法精简演化而创立的一种有良好温阳散寒作用的针刺手法。因该针法既能温阳又可祛寒,故临床应用广泛。近年来,对“热补针法”的实验研究不断深入,发现其主要通过提高机体抗氧化应激能力,抑制炎性反应,抑制滑膜细胞坏死性凋亡,增强滑膜细胞自噬活性、溃疡的修复及胃泌素的分泌以及参与调节肾上腺皮质水平,参与调节血脂代谢等发挥效应。作者通过查阅相关文献,整理、总结了近25年“热补针法”实验和临床两个方面的研究进展,以期为该针法的应用及推广提供更多依据。
The“heat-reinforcing acupuncture method”is an acupuncture technique with good effects in warming yang and dispelling cold,established by Professor Zheng Kuishan,a renowned acupuncturist in China.This technique was simplified and evolved from the“Shaoshanhuo”acupuncture method.Because this acupuncture method can both warm yang and dispel cold,it is widely used in clinical practice.In recent years,scholars have continuously deepened their experimental research on the“heat-reinforcing acupuncture method”.This acupuncture method mainly exerts its effects by improving the body’s antioxidant stress capacity,inhibiting inflammatory reactions,inhibiting synovial cell necrotic apoptosis,enhancing synovial cell autophagy activity,repairing ulcers,secreting gastrin,and participating in regulating adrenal cortex levels and regulating lipid metabolism.The authors has reviewed relevant literature and summarized the research progress of“heat-reinforcing acupuncture method”in both experimental and clinical aspects in the past 25 years,in order to provide more basis for the application and promotion of this acupuncture method.
