摘要：复杂性肛瘘在临床肛肠科属常见病,以手术治疗为主,术后复杂性肛瘘创面愈合尤为重要。大量研究表明,中药外用在促进复杂性肛瘘术后创面愈合方面作用突出,本文通过综述促进复杂性肛瘘术后创面愈合方面中药外用的方法、作用机制,以期为复杂性肛瘘术后创面处理时的中药外用提供指导,促进创面愈合、减轻术后症状,改善疾病预后。
Complicated anal fistula is a common disease in clinical anorectal department,and surgical treatment is the main treatment.Postoperative wound healing of complicated anal fistula is particularly important.A large number of studies have shown that the external use of traditional Chinese medicine plays a prominent role in promoting wound healing after complicated anal fistula surgery.This paper reviews the methods and mechanism of external use of traditional Chinese medicine in promoting wound healing after complicated anal fistula surgery,with a view to providing guidance for external use of traditional Chinese medicine in wound treatment after complicated anal fistula surgery,promoting wound healing speed of patients,alleviating postoperative symptoms,and improving the prognosis of patients.
