摘要：清代医家唐容川阐发医易相通之理,著成《医易通说》一书。全书蕴含了丰富的医易思想,主要体现在生理观和疾病观两大方面。生理观是指唐容川用《周易》两仪、河图、八卦理论来阐释阴阳理论、胎儿发育、女七男八、藏象理论;疾病观是指用人身八卦、交易、互卦、杂卦、六卦、变易思想、爻位、八卦方位来阐释治法、方剂、药效。唐容川的医易思想标志着中国古代医易思想的成熟,为后人研究中医学与《周易》的关系提供了新的思路。
TANG Rongchuan,a Qing Dynasty physician,expounded the intrinsic connection between medicine and Zhou Yi(The Book of Changes)in his treatise Yi Yi Tong Shuo(Comprehensive Discourse on Medicine and the Yi).This work embodies profound doctrine of interconnection between medicine and Zhou Yi,primarily manifested through physiological and disease perspectives.The physiological framework employs the ideas of Liangyi(Two Polarities),He-tu(River Chart),and Bagua(Eight Trigrams)in Zhou Yi to interpret yin-yang theory,fetal development,female sev-en/male eight physiological cycles,and visceral manifestation theory.The disease perspective utilizes Renshen Bagua(Eight Trigrams of the human body),Jiaoyi(Exchange),Hugua(Interlocking Hexagrams),Zagua(Miscellaneous Hexagrams),Liugua(Six Hexagrams),Bianyi(Transformation),Yaowei(Line Positions),and Bagua Fangwei(Trigrams'Directions)to elucidate therapeutic principles,formula design,and medicinal efficacy.TANG Rongch-uan's doctrine represents the maturation of ancient Chinese doctrine of interconnection between medicine and Zhou Yi,establishing novel paradigms for exploring relationships between traditional Chinese medicine and Zhou Yi.
