摘要：目的探讨不同提取方法对秦艽中獐牙菜苦苷和龙胆苦苷含量测定的影响。方法采用HPLC法,比较甲醇超声提取法、甲醇索氏提取法、药典法(2005版药典秦艽项下方法)三种提取方法对2种苦苷成分含量测定结果的影响。结果甲醇超声提取法优于其它二种方法。结论甲醇超声提取法操作简便易行,重现性好,准确度高,为科学控制秦艽质量提供一个可靠的方法。
Objective To explore the effect of different extraction methods on the contents of swertiamarin and gentiopicroside in Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae. Method Two iridoids in Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae were extracted through ultrasonic bath method, Soxhlet＇s method and China Pharmacopoeia extraction method, respectively; and the contents of which were determined by HPLC. Results The method of ultrasonic bath is better than the other two methods. Conclusion The method of ultrasonic bath was simple, reproducible and accurate, which provides a reliable method for the science control quality in Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae.
