摘要:该文采用简便、环保的微波水热法,通过蒲公英中含氮化合物自掺杂制备了蒲公英衍生碳点(TCDs)。表征了T-CDs的光学性质、微观形貌、元素组成及表面官能团。T-CDs表现激发依赖的荧光发射行为,在365 nm紫外灯下呈现蓝色荧光,且具有良好的抗盐、抗光漂白性,在pH 4.0~8.0范围内的荧光性能稳定。T-CDs表面的—NH2、—COOH等官能团与Co^(2+)的特异性络合和内滤波作用可协同猝灭T-CDs的荧光,使T-CDs对Co^(2+)表现高选择性和高灵敏性荧光猝灭识别,其线性检测范围为0~10μmol/L,检出限(LOD)为18 nmol/L(r2=0.999 51)。T-CDs可实现对自来水和农田土壤中Co^(2+)的高重现性检测,加标回收率为98.1%~111%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤3.2%。此外,T-CDs的生物相容性良好,呈显著抗氧化活性,对DPPH·和ABTS+·清除的IC50分别为0.610、0.112 mg/mL,显著优于其水提物。T-CDs这种良好的Co^(2+)识别和自由基清除活性,使其有望应用于复杂环境基质中Co^(2+)简便识别、检测和生物医用抗氧化领域。
The use of biomass raw materials for producing high-value-added chemicals is gaining sig?nificant attention in the academic community.This study used a simple,environmentally friendly mi?crowave hydrothermal method to create a novel N-doped carbon dots(T-CDs)from Taraxacum mon?golicum Hand.-Mazz..The optical properties,morphology,elemental composition,and surface functional groups of the prepared T-CDs were characterized.It exhibits excitation-dependent emis?sion behavior and emits blue fluorescence under 365 nm UV lamp illumination.T-CDs also exhibit excellent salt resistance,light bleaching resistance,and fluorescence stability within the pH range of 4.0-8.0.The surface functional groups(—NH2,—COOH)of T-CDs specifically coordinate with Co^(2+)and the internal filtering synergistic effect enhanced the selectivity and sensitivity of T-CDs fluorescence probe for Co^(2+) recognition.The linear detection range was 0-10μmol/L,and the detec?tion limit(LOD)was 18 nmol/L(r2=0.99951).With that,detection of Co^(2+)in the tap water sample and farmland soil sample with highly reproducible results had been successfully realized by using the present T-CDs,and the recovery is 98.1%-111%with RSD≤3.2%.Furthermore,T-CDs has good biocompatibility and exhibit significant antioxidant activity.The IC50 values for the scavenging of DPPH·and ABTS+·were 0.610 and 0.112 mg/mL,respectively,which were significantly better than those of their aqueous extract.The excellent Co^(2+)recognition and free radical scavenging activity of T-CDs make them promising for the simple detection of Co^(2+)in the complex environmental matri?ces,and biomedical antioxidant applications.
