摘要:众筹筑屋是互联网时代一种新型的房地产形式.根据已给众筹项目规划设计中的各类因素,通过学习国家相关政策文件,理解真实案例中一次项目规划的各种约束条件以及会计学相关知识,建立成本核算体系,给出了更为合理详细的信息公布表.在考虑参筹者购买意愿及投资回报率的前提下,借助非线性整数规划模型,用Lingo软件对模型进行优化求解,调整众筹筑屋规划方案,以实现不同目标的优化问题.
Building the house by crowd funding is a new type of realty in the Internet era. According to the various factors that have been given to the crowd funding project in the paper, through the study of relevant national policy documents, grasping the various constraints of a real case in a project and related accounting knowledge to establish cost accounting system. Then provide a more reasonable information published table. Under the premise of considering the willingness of the participants to purchase and the rate of return on investment, use Lingo software to optimize by nonlinear integer programming model, and adjust the project on building the house by crowd funding to realize the optimization of different targets.
