摘要：糖尿病周围神经病变的主要病机为消渴日久不愈,阴损及阳,以致气血运行、水液代谢异常,气滞、血瘀、痰浊闭阻经络,筋脉失养,发为本病;其主要证型为气阴两虚、痰瘀阻滞。依据其病机与证型,提出汗法亦可治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,并进一步对其治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的机制做一探析。
The main pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is that：diabetes treating for long tim,lead to yin deficiency involving yang,so that air and blood running abnormalities,as well as liquid metabolic.Those abnormalitiesresulted in air stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity resisted the meridians,consequently,tendon and vessel were malnutrition,and Sending for this disease.The main type of diabetic is that air and yin were all deficiency,phlegmand blo-od were all stasis,too.According to pathogenesis and syndrome types,the author put forward that diaphoresis can also treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy,At last,to analysis the mechanism of diaphoresis treating for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
