摘要:以平菇、杏鲍菇、灵芝、猴头菇为出发菌种,研究了四种食药用菌母种的活化培养基、谷料培养基、生长温度和培养时间。结果表明:平菇、杏鲍菇适合用马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基活化,灵芝、猴头菌适合用综合马铃薯培养基活化;四种食药用菌适宜的生长谷料培养基是配方四(玉米85%、麸皮14%、硫酸钙1%);不同培养温度(22℃、25℃、28℃)对四种食药用菌菌丝生长速率产生显著影响,平菇、灵芝适于28℃培养生长,而杏鲍菇、猴头菇适合25℃的生长温度;不同培养时间(14d、19d、24d)对灵芝、猴头菇的菌质多糖含量产生了显著影响,而对平菇、杏鲍菇的菌质多糖含量没有产生显著影响,平菇最佳培养时间为19d,而杏鲍菇、灵芝、猴头菇的最佳培养时间为14d。研究结果为后续食药用真菌产品的开发奠定基础。
The strain media, grain substrate, cultivation temperature and cultivation time of Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus eryngii, Ganoderma lucidum and Hericium erinaceus were investigated. Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus eryngii were suitable for PDA, while Ganoderma lucidum and Hericium erinaceus for CPDA. The grain substrate, formula-four(corn 85%, bran 14%, calcium sulfate 1%) was a suitable substrate for growing these edible and medicinal fungi. The cultivation temperatures(22℃, 25℃, 28℃) significantly affected the rate of their mycelium growth. Pleurotus ostreatus and Ganoderma lucidum were suitable for growing at 28℃, while Pleurotus eryngii and Hericium erinaceus at 25℃. The cultivation time(14 d, 19 d, 24 d) significantly affected the polysaccharide content of the mycelium-substrate of Ganoderma lucidum and Hericium erinaceus, while Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus eryngii were not significantly affected. The best growth period for Pleurotus ostreatus was 19 days, and that for Pleurotus eryngii, Ganoderma lucidum and Hericium erinaceus was 14 days. These results could be the foundation for the product development of the edible and medicinal fungi.
