摘要:目的:总结和评价黄芪及其提取物或有效成分治疗消化道肿瘤的文献。方法:在CNKI、万方、维普及PubMed数据库以"黄芪、黄芪注射液、黄芪总苷、黄芪甲苷、黄芪多糖"和"胃癌、肝癌、食管癌、大肠癌、胰腺癌"为主题词检索1994—2012关于黄芪及其有效成分治疗消化道肿瘤的文献,并进行评价。结果:符合要求的文献共60篇,其研究主要集中在肝癌与胃癌方面,研究包含了动物实验、体外细胞实验和临床试验,其机制包括诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤侵袭转移和血管生成,并发现黄芪与其他抗肿瘤药物合用时具有抗瘤减毒增效作用。结论:黄芪及其有效成分是防治消化道肿瘤的有效中药,应进一步加强其抗肿瘤的机理研究和临床应用。
Objective: To summarize and evaluate the literature on HuangQi [Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge.] and its active ingredients in treating gastrointestinal tumor. Methods:The articles on HuangQi and its active ingredients in treating gastrointestinal tumor from 1994 to 2012 were searched by taking "HuangQi, HuangQi injection, total glycosides of HuangQi, astragaloside, astragalan" and "gastric cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer" as key words in CNKI, WanFang, VIP and PubMed database, and they were estimated. Results:There were sixty pieces of articles meeting the requirements, the studies were mainly about gastric cancer and liver cancer, and they included animal experiments, cellular experiment in vitro and clinical trials, the mechanisms were inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells, inhibiting the invasion and metastasis of tumor, angiogenesis, and HuangQi showed antitumor effect, detoxifying and synergy when it was combined with other anti-tumor drugs. Conclusion: HuangQi and its active ingredients are effective drugs in preventing and treating gastrointestinal tumor, the study on its mechanism of anti-tumor and clinical application should be further enhanced.
