摘要:目的探讨并分析微课教学模式在中医老年病学临床带教中的应用效果。方法于2020年9月—2023年7月期间,选取于甘肃中医药大学附属医院进行临床实习的60名中医学专业学位硕士研究生为本次研究对象,采取计算机表法,将其分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组采取微课教学模式,对比两组临床带教效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组理论知识、实践技能、病例分析及其考核总分较高,学习效率、自主学习能动性、学习兴趣、沟通能力及思维能力等各项评分较高,学习能力、独立思考能力、团队协作能力、综合分析能力及沟通能力等综合能力评分较高,教学态度、教学效率、知识掌握度、疑难问题解答等各项满意度评分均较高(P<0.05)。结论在中医老年病学临床带教中采用微课教学模式,能够获得良好的带教效果,值得借鉴及推广应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of the micro-course teaching mode in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine geriatrics.Methods From September 2020 to July 2023,60 master degree candidates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine who were on clinical internships at the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.Using the computer-generated random table method,they were divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases).The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the micro-course teaching mode.The clinical teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge,practical skills,case analysis,and the total assessment score.The scores in aspects such as learning efficiency,self-learning initiative,learning interest,communication ability,and thinking ability were higher.The comprehensive ability scores in learning ability,independent thinking ability,team collaboration ability,comprehensive analysis ability,and communication ability were higher.The satisfaction scores in teaching attitude,teaching efficiency,knowledge mastery,and problem-solving were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of the micro-course teaching mode in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine geriatrics can achieve good teaching effects and is worthy of reference and promotion.
