摘要：星形胶质细胞(astroglia,As)也称星形细胞(astrocyte),是中枢神经系统(CNS)内主要的胶质细胞。越来越多的研究表明星形胶质细胞不但是单纯的神经支持细胞,而且在中枢神经系统中具有着关键的生理作用,包括维持血脑屏障、维持内环境稳态,参与突触活动、释放神经递质,参与组织修复和神经信号传递、介导神经炎症反应等等。在病理状态下星形胶质细胞可因内环境改变而发生活化(astrogliosis),变成反应性星形胶质细胞(reactive astrocyte,RAS),主要表现为胞体肥大,数量增殖、细胞变形,炎症介质的高表达等。星形胶质细胞活化是众CNS疾病的共同病理表现。因此是减轻星形胶质细胞活化也是目前研究的关键靶点,而传统中医药对星形胶质细胞的活化、抑制的研究是现今的科学研究的热点。中医药对星形胶质细胞许多功能和作用逐渐被发掘并证实,当前国内外许多研究通过体内实验和体外实验从不同信号通路探讨中医药针对星形胶质细胞活化的可能作用机制,以期予中医药在治疗神经系统疾病中能提供新的治疗途径。针对中药有效成分、中药单体以及其他中医疗法对神经系统疾病后星形胶质细胞活化、抑制作用进行阐述,通过中医药调控星形胶质细胞的活化的机制进行研究总结,为中医药调节星形胶质细胞活化及作用机制的研究提供科学理论依据和参考。
Astroglia( As),also known as Astrocyte,is the main glial cell in the central nervous system( CNS). More and more studies show that the astrocytes are not only neural support cells,but also have key physiological functions in the CNS,including maintaining the blood-brain barrier and the homeostasis of the environment,and participating in synaptic activities.It releases neurotransmitters,participates in tissue repair and neural signal transmission,and mediates neuroinflammatory responses. Under pathological conditions,astrocytes can be activated( Astrogliosis) due to changes in the internal environment,and become reactive astrocytes( RAS),which are mainly manifested as cell body hypertrophy,quantitative proliferation,cell deformation and inflammation. Astrocyte activation is a common pathological manifestation of CNS diseases. Therefore,reducing astrocyte activation is also a key target of current research,and the traditional Chinese medicine research on astrocyte activation and inhibition is the focus of current scientific research. Many functions and effects of traditional Chinese medicine on astrocytes have been gradually discovered and confirmed. Many current studies at home and abroad have explored the possible action mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on astrocyte activation from different signaling pathways through in vivo experiments and in vitro experiments. Traditional Chinese medicine can provide a new therapeutic approach in the treatment of neurological diseases. In this article,the active ingredients,traditional Chinese medicine monomers and other traditional Chinese medicine methods were used to explain the activation and inhibition of astrocytes after neurological diseases. The mechanism of astrocytes activation and regulation through traditional Chinese medicine was summarized. The researches on the regulation of astrocyte activation and mechanism of action provided scientific theoretical basis and reference.
