摘要：目的:探讨金匮肾气丸联合帕罗西汀治疗创伤后应激障碍临床效果。方法:将59例创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)患者应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组28例,对照组31例。观察组和对照组均给予盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在此基础上联合金匮肾气丸治疗。2组在治疗前、治疗后第4周末、第8周末采用创伤后应激障碍检查表(PCL-C)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表17项版(HAMA-17)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项版(HAMD-17)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)进行评定,并收集2组的不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗后PCL总评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(F=38.310,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后PSQI总分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(F=30.960,F=58.274,均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后PSQI总评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸联合帕罗西汀对PTSD患者的核心症状、抑郁、焦虑状态以及睡眠都有较好的改善作用,且安全无不良反应。
Objective： To explore the effects of Jinkui Shengqi pills combined with paroxetine in treatment of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder（ PTSD）. Methods： A total of 59 patients with PTSD were randomly divided into trial group（ 28 cases） and control group（ 31 cases）. Both of two groups were treated with paroxetine,trial group combined with Jinkui Shengqi pills additionally. the PTSD Checklist（ PCL） Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（ PSQI） were assessed before treatment, at the end of the 4 th、 8 th week of treatment respectively. meanwhile, the side effects were collected. Results： The total scores of PCL was significantly lower in trial group as compared with control group after treatment（ F = 38. 310,P〈0. 05）. the scores of PSQI were significantly lower in trial group than that of control group as well after treatment（ F = 48. 675,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jinkui Shengqi pills combined with paroxetinemay be particularly helpful in treating the core symptoms of PTSD,it can improve sleep quality effectively,it can improve sleep effectively,it is also safe without side effects.
