摘要：肺癌是最常见的癌症之一,其肿瘤细胞容易经过血行转移至骨组织,即肺癌骨转移,是进入肺癌后期的重要标志,对患者生存质量及预后产生极大影响。现代医学对于肺癌骨转移的病理研究尚不十分明确,治疗手段有限,以缓解症状为主。本文从中国传统医学“母病及子”“肺肾相生”等中医基础理论出发,结合现代医学研究进展,进一步阐述肺癌骨转移发病机制,以期提供更加完善的联合诊疗思路。
Lung cancer,one of common cancers,is prone to involve the bone tissue through hematogenous metastasis,i.e.,bone metastasis,which is a key sign of advanced lung cancer and affects the quality of life and prognosis of the patients.The pathological mechanism of bone metastasis of lung cancer remains unclear in modern medicine,and the treatment means are limited and mainly aim to relieve symptoms.According to the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,such as disorder of mother-organ affecting child-organ and mutual promotion between lung and kidney,as well as the progress in modern medical research,this paper elaborates on the pathogenesis of bone metastasis of lung cancer,aiming to give insights into the combined diagnosis and treatment.
