摘要：根据中药学专业人才培养目标,以中医药思维和科学思维(“双思维”)培养为导向,结合中医药事业对基础创新型拔尖人才的需求,将“以学生发展为中心”和“成果教育(OBE)”的教学理念融入中药学专业教育教学全过程,进行人才培养模式改革与创新。从中药学专业核心课程“四维一体”大思政育人模式构建、混合式教学模式的应用、“双思维”培养以及岗位胜任能力产出导向4个方面进行人才培养模式的创新与实践,在中药学专业人才培养中取得了显著成效,为中医药院校基础创新型拔尖人才培养模式探索及其核心课程教学改革创新提供了参考。
Based on the goal of cultivating talents of traditional Chinese medicine,guided by developing traditional Chinese medicine thinking and scientific thinking(“dual thinking”),combined with the demand for innovative and top-notch talents in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,the teaching concepts of“student-centered development”and“outcome based education(OBE)”are integrated into the whole process of traditional Chinese medicine education and teaching,and the talent cultivation mode is reformed and innovated.The innovation and practice of talent cultivation models were carried out from four aspects:the construction of the“Four in One”ideological and political education model for the core curriculum of Chinese medicine,the application of blended teaching mode,the cultivation of“dual thinking”,and the output orientation of job competence.Significant results were achieved in the talent cultivation of Chinese pharmacy.This teaching reform provides a reference for the exploration of the cultivation mode of innovative and top-notch talents in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and the innovation of core course teaching reform.
