摘要：此文通过梳理甘肃中医药大学附属医院文化建设实践与经验,为中医医院的文化建设提供思考依据,重点从打造具有中医药文化特色的医院环境、培育具有中医药特色和时代特征的医院价值观、加强中医传承、完善职工行为规范体系、加强人文关怀、传播中医文化、发挥医院社会公益性7个方面进行阐述。
By combing the practice and experience of the cultural construction of the affiliated hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine,this paper provided a basis for thinking about the cultural construction of hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,focusing on building a hospital environment with traditional Chinese medicine cultural characteristics,cultivating hospital values with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and times characteristics,strengthening the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine,improving the system of staff behavior norms,and strengthening humanistic care,spreading the culture of traditional Chinese medicine,playing the hospital social public welfare.
