摘要:目的观察当归多糖铁复合物对缺铁性贫血模型大鼠血常规及免疫、抗氧化功能的影响。方法将SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,阳性对照组(力蛮能20 mg/kg),当归多糖铁低(15 mg/kg)、中(30 mg/kg)、高(60 mg/kg)剂量组,采用缺铁饮食加定期少量放血的复合方法复制缺铁性贫血模型。造模成功后,正常组给予正常饲料并饮用自来水,模型组及各治疗组继续给予低铁饲料并饮用去离子水。连续给药20 d后,测定大鼠的血常规,血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及胸腺、脾脏指数。结果当归多糖铁复合物对缺铁性贫血模型大鼠具有显著的治疗作用,可升高模型大鼠外周血中的血红蛋白含量、红细胞计数及红细胞压积,降低血小板计数(P<0.05);当归多糖铁复合物可明显升高缺铁性贫血模型大鼠的脾脏和胸腺指数(P<0.05);当归多糖铁复合物高剂量可明显升高模型大鼠血清SOD活性(P<0.05)。结论当归多糖铁复合物对缺铁性贫血的治疗作用明显,并且能够改善缺铁性贫血模型大鼠的器官免疫功能及抗氧化防御系统功能。
Objective To observe the effect of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide iron complex on routine blood,immunity and antioxidant function in rats with iron deficiency anemia( IDA). Methods SPF Wistar rats were randomized into 6 groups: normal group,model group,positive control group,low-,middle-and high-dose group( with Angelica sinensis polysaccharide iron complex of 15 mg / kg,30 mg / kg and 60 mg / kg). IDA models were made by compound method of iron deficiency diet and regular bleeding. The normal group was fed normally,other groups were given low-iron fodder and deionized water after IDA models were established successfully. Continuous medication for 20 days,routine blood,glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px),activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD),thymus index and spleen index were measured. Results Angelica sinensis polysaccharide iron complex raised HGB,RBC,HCT as well as decreased PLT( P 〈 0. 05); it raised thymus index and spleen index obviously( P〈0.05); the high-dose elevated the activity of SOD especially( P〈0.05). Conclusion Angelica sinensis polysaccharide iron complex has a good therapeutic action on IDA rats,and can improve the function of organ immune and antioxidant defense system.
