摘要：四缝放血疗法是中医儿科特色外治法,同时是中医临床适用技术之一,在社区及基层医院中应用广泛。该项技术采用采血针点刺四缝穴,挤出黏液,具有调和肠胃、健脾助运的作用,以及"简、效、便、验"的临床特色。该疗法在小儿消化系统、呼吸系统、神经系统等疾病的治疗中应用广泛,且疗效显著,易于在基层社区临床中推广。对近年来该穴法在儿科疾病临床中的应用进行总结,以推进基层中医适宜技术的进一步开展。
The Sifeng acupoint bloodletting therapy is a special external treatment method of pediatrics in traditional Chinese medicine,and is also one of the clinical applicable techniques of traditional Chinese medicine.It is widely used in communities and grassroots hospitals.This technology uses blood collection needles to pierce the Sifeng acupoint to squeeze out mucus.The function of spleen assisting transportation and the clinical characteristics of"simple,effective,convenient,and test".The therapy is widely used in the treatment of children's digestive system,respiratory system,nervous system and other diseases,and has obvious curative effect,which is easy to be clinically promoted in grassroots communities.The author summarizes the application of this point in the clinical practice of pediatric diseases in recent years,in order to facilitate the further development of appropriate techniques of basic Chinese medicine.
