摘要:目的测定复方红芪颗粒剂中γ-氨基丁酸的含量。方法采用硅胶G薄层板,95%乙醇-乙酸(2∶1)为展开剂,0.2%茚三酮乙醇溶液显色;反射式双波长锯齿扫描法测定γ-氨基丁酸的含量,λS=392nm,λR=460nm。结果γ-氨基丁酸含量在0.005~0.05mg范围内与峰面积值有良好线性关系(r=0.9968),加样平均回收率为98.75%,RSD=2.21%。结论该方法简单,重现性好。
Objective Using dualwavelength TLC-Scanner to determine the content of γ-Aminobutyric Acid in compound granule preparation of HongQi. Methods Isolated γ-Aminobutyric Acid in compound granule preparation of HongQi accomplished by TLC, and determined its content by dualwavelength TLC-Scanner λS 392 nm and λR 460 nm. Result The density of γ-Aminobutyric Acid appears good linear relationship (r =0.9968); the average rate of recovery that have been added the specimen is 98.75%, RSD=2.21%. Conclusion The mothod is sample and convenient, accurate and has a good reappearing.
