摘要：结肠炎-癌转化是炎症性肠病从炎症-不典型增生-癌变逐步进展的过程,在此期间,肿瘤微环境通过分泌细胞因子营造了适合肿瘤生长的环境,而脾虚湿热是结肠炎-癌转化过程中的主要病机。本文通过对结肠炎-癌转化、肿瘤微环境在炎-癌转化中的作用、炎-癌转化的中医病机以及脾虚湿热与肿瘤微环境之间的关系进行论述,旨在探讨中医药在延缓结肠炎-癌转化进程中的药理作用,为结肠炎-癌转化的治疗提供新方向。
Colitis-cancer transformation is a progressive inflammatory bowel disease from inflammation to atypical hyperplasia then to cancer.During this period of time,tumor micro-environment creates an environment suitable for tumor growth by secreting cytokines.Spleen deficiency and damp-heat are the main pathogenesis of colitis cancer transformation.This study discussed the transformation of colitis to cancer,the role of tumor micro-environment in the transformation of colitis to cancer,the TCM pathogenesis of the transformation from colitis to cancer,and the relationship between Spleen deficiency and damp-heat with tumor micro-environment,aiming to explore the pharmacological effect of Chinese medication in delaying the transformation of colitis to cancer,and provide a new direction for the treatment of this transformation.
