摘要：通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为白及:主要功效为收敛止血,消肿生肌;症靶为咳血、消化道出血;标靶为口腔溃疡、胃及食管黏膜溃疡;现代药理研究发现白及及其有效成分具有抗菌、促进伤口愈合、抗肿瘤、止血、抗溃疡等作用;本品不宜与川乌、制川乌、草乌、制草乌、附子同用;临床使用剂量为3.7~50 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索白及用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。
Based on the investigation of ancient books,research progress and achievements of modern Traditional Chinese medicine,and the knowledge and application experience of experts and scholars in the fi eld of clinical Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese pharmacology,the following opinions on Rhizoma Bletillae are formed through discussion:The main effect of Rhizoma Bletillae is to promote hemostasis,detumescence and muscle growth.The symptom targets are hemoptysis and gastrointestinal bleeding.The biochemical indicator targets are oral ulcer and gastric and esophageal mucosa ulcer.Modern pharmacology fi nds that Rhizoma Bletillae and its eff ective ingredients have the roles of antibacterial,promoting wound healing,anti-tumor,hemostasis,and anti-ulcer.Rhizoma Bletillae should not be used with Radix Aconiti,Radix Aconiti Preparata,Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffi i,Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffi i Preparata,Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata.The clinical dosage is 3.7-50 g.When taken orally,it should be used dialectically according to different diseases,or different stages of the same disease.We should also actively explore and construction of the dose-effect relationship between the dosage of Rhizoma Bletillae and the symptom targets and biochemical indicator targets.
