摘要：目的通过Meta分析,评估五价轮状病毒疫苗(the pentavalent rotavirus vaccine-RotaTeq,RV5)在亚洲地区真实世界中的保护效果。方法检索Pubmed、Web of science和中国知网、万方、维普、Sinomed等数据库中RV5上市后保护效果研究的文献,按照纳入排除标准筛选上述文献,对符合标准的文献使用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表(NOS)进行质量评估,而后获取相关数据,运用Stata/MP15.1和SPSS 26.0对数据进行分析。结果共纳入14篇文献,获得8847名研究对象,其中检测阳性组1952名(完成三剂次接种者391名,未接种疫苗1484名,接种少于三剂77名),检测阴性组6895名(完成三剂接种3187名,未接种疫苗3395名,接种剂次小于三剂313名)。RV5对亚洲人群整体保护效果(vaccine effectiveness,VE)为79.56%(95%CI:67.96%~86.96%),其中各国分别为VE(中国)=91.37%(95%CI:85.97%~94.69%),VE(日本)=82.42%(95%CI:75.26%~87.5%),VE(以色列)=43.19%(95%CI:18.35%~60.47%),VE(韩国)=91.05%(95%CI:57.13%~98.13%),VE(沙特)=79.15%(95%CI:69.64%~85.68%),VE(土耳其)=75.11%(95%CI:56.22%~85.85%)。结论RV5疫苗在亚洲不同国家人群保护效果有差异,在中国、日本、韩国等国家效果较好。
Objective To evaluate the real world protective effect of the pentavalent rotavirus vaccine(RotaTeq,RV5)in Asia by meta-analysis.Methods The literature on the post-marketing protection effect of RV5 from Pubmed,Web of Science,CNK,Wanfang,VIP,Sinomed and other databases were retrieved and screened according to the exclusion criteria.The Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS)was used to evaluate the quality of the literature meeting the criteria.For the obtained relevant data,Stata/MP15.1 and IBM SPSS Station were used the analysis.Results A total of 14 literature were enrolled in the study.There were 8847 subjects,including 1952 in the test positive cases group(391 cases completed three doses of vaccine,1484 had no vaccination and 77 received less than three doses).In the test negative case group,there were 6895 subjects(3187 participants completed three doses of vaccine,3395 participants had no vaccination and 313 had less than three doses).The overall protective effect of RV5 on the Asian population was 79.56%(95%CI:67.96%-86.96%).The VE of China,Japan,Israel,South Korea,Saudi Arabia and Turkey were 91.37%(95%CI:85.97%-94.69%),82.42%(95%CI:75.26%-87.5%),43.19%(95%CI:18.35%-60.47%),91.05%(95%CI:57.13%-98.13%),79.15%(95%CI:69.64%-85.68%)and 75.11%(95%CI:56.22%-85.85%),respectively.Conclusions The protective effect of RV5 vaccine varied in different Asian countries,and the protective effect in China,Japan,South Korea were better.
