摘要:高血压肾损伤是临床常见病,也是高血压的严重并发症,随着高血压患者的增加及日趋年轻化,由此导致的肾脏损伤也在与日俱增,高血压肾损伤在全世界范围内发病率呈上升趋势,严重威胁着人类的健康和生存质量。原发性高血压长期控制不佳,特别是由于恶性高血压的控制失调,引起肾脏血流动力学改变,进而导致肾小球硬化、肾小管萎缩、肾间质纤维化,并逐渐出现肾功能不全的临床表现,即为高血压肾损伤。研究发现,非编码RNA在高血压及高血压肾损伤中存在特异性表达并发挥重要作用,为高血压肾损害的机制研究及靶向治疗提供新思路,本文就高血压肾损伤中的非编码RNA的特异性表达、作用机制、作用靶点的研究进展作出如下综述。
Hypertensive kidney injury is a common clinical disease and a serious complication of hypertension.With the increase in the number of hypertensive patients and the decrease in the age of onset,the kidney injury caused by this is also increasing daily.The incidence of hypertensive kidney injury is increasing worldwide,which seriously threatens human health and quality of life.The long-term poor control of essential hypertension,especially the control disorder due to the malignant hypertension,causes renal hemodynamic changes,which in turn leads to clinical manifestations such as glomerular sclerosis,renal tubular atrophy,renal interstitial fibrosis,and gradual occurrence of renal insufficiency,namely hypertensive kidney injury.Studies have found that non-coding RNA has a specific expression and plays an important role in hypertension and hypertensive kidney injury,which provides new ideas for the mechanism research and targeted therapy of hypertensive renal damage.This article summarizes the research progress of specific expression of non-coding RNA,mechanism of action,and targets of action in hypertensive kidney injury.
