摘要:目的:根据已发表有关单味中药抗肺纤维化(PF)效应现代医学研究文献,分析中药特征与抗肺纤维化效应的关系并建立相应的数学模型。方法:收集、筛选1989年以来国内公开发表的《中华人民共和国药典》(2010版)所载单味中药抗肺纤维化研究文献,统计不同功能分类、药性、药味、归经的中药数量和其中具有抗肺纤维化效应的中药味数;用多元判别分析建立回归数学模型。结果:在46味具有抗肺纤维化的中药中,活血化瘀药有8味,归经分类分析归胆经的有6味,与其在药典中所占比例比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。逐步Logistic回归筛选主要影响因素,结果表明归胆经、膀胱经以及补虚药、活血化瘀药、收涩药均是抗肺纤维化效应的重要影响因素(回归系数>0且P<0.01)。多元判别分析预测结果与原判定结果总符合率为91.0%。结论:中药的传统功能分类、药性、归经与抗肺纤维化效应关系密切,以此为基础建立的数学模型可作为中药抗肺纤维化效应研究及临床用药的参考。
Objective:To create mathematical model and analysis of correlation between Chinese medicinal characteristics and anti-pulmonary fibrosis effects based on literatures.Methods: The numbers of the Chinese medicines with anti-pulmonary fibrosis effects were worked out within the frame work of China Pharmacopeia of 2010 edition,from the literature publicized since 1989.The correlation and mathematical model were figured out between Chinese medicinal characteristics including traditional functional classification,different tastes as well as channel tropism and anti-pulmonary fibrosis activity;and create regression mathematical model by multivariate discriminant analysis.Results: The anti-pulmonary fibrosis effects is related to the xu-invigorating drugs,blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs,astringent herbs(P0.05).The coincidence was 91.0% between mathematical computing and original classification.Conclusion: There are correlations between Chinese medicinal characteristics including traditional functional classification,different tastes as well as channel tropism and anti-pulmonary fibrosis effects.The mathematical model based on these results can be used for studing of anti-pulmonary fibrosis effects and clinical treatment.
