摘要：目的通过对中药四性相关研究知识图谱的分析,了解该领域科研协作团队和研究热点及趋势。方法对中国知网(CNKI)数据库中1982—2022年发表的中药四性相关文献进行系统检索,利用CiteSpace软件和Excel表格从发文数量、作者、机构、期刊、基金、关键词等进行计量学和可视化分析。结果共纳入610篇文献,近40年来的年发文量整体呈上升趋势;形成了王振国、肖小河、刘建利、盛良、匡海学及张冰为核心的合作团队,且团队内较团队间合作紧密,形成了以山东中医药大学为平台的最大规模的科研协作机构,跨地区合作少;载文最多的核心期刊为《中国中药杂志》;资助最多的基金是国家重点基础研究发展规划(973计划);关键词结果显示,中药四性的研究多集中在理论、炮制及现代研究中。结论中药四性近40年的核心研究团队为山东中医药大学的王振国团队,研究内容以理论研究居多,现代研究多集中在微量元素、化学成分等物质基础的研究热点,能量代谢可能为未来的研究趋势。
Objective To reveal the research teams,hotspots,and trends of the four natures of Chinese materia medica by knowledge mapping of related studies.Methods Systematic searching was carried out for the articles about the four natures of Chinese materia medica that were published from 1982 to 2022 in CNKI.CiteSpace and Excel were used for metrological and visual analyses about the number of publications,authors,institutions,journals,funds,and keywords.Results A total of 610 articles were included,and the annual number of publications showed an overall increasing trend in the past forty years.The research teams with WANG Zhenguo,XIAO Xiaohe,LIU Jianli,SHENG Liang,KUANG Haixue,and ZHANG Bing as the core were formed.The cooperation within teams was closer than that between teams,and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the largest research institution for research cooperation.The core journal with the most articles in this field was China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica.Most studies were supported by the National Basic Research Program of China(973 Program).The keywords showed that the research on the four natures of Chinese materia medica mainly focused on theory,processing,and modern research.Conclusion In the past forty years,the research on the four natures of Chinese materia medica was led by the research team with WANG Zhenguo at Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the core.The research was mainly theoretical,while modern research mainly focuses on microelements and chemical composition.Energy metabolism may be a new research direction in the future.
