摘要:目的:建立舒肝降逆颗粒中芍药苷的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用Phenomenex C_(18)柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸液(20:80);流速1.0ml/min;检测波长为230nm;柱温30℃。结果:芍药苷在0.3984~1.992μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.21%,RSD为1.30%。结论:本方法简便快捷,结果准确,可用于控制舒肝降逆颗粒的质量。
Objective:To establisb HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in Shugan Jiangni particles.Methods:Phenomenex C18 column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used in HPLC with Acetonitrile-0.1% Phosphoric acid(20:80) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Detectionwavelength was 230nm.Column ternperature was at 30℃.Results:The good linear range of Paconiflorin was 0.3984-1.992μg(r=0.9999),average recovery was 100.21% with RSD of 1.30%.Conclusions:The method was simple and quick,accurate and can be used to control the quality of Shugan jiangni particle.
