摘要：化学药物治疗(化疗)在恶性肿瘤的治疗中占据主导地位,但化疗后患者常出现各种不良反应。以恶心、呕吐、腹胀、便秘等为主要临床表现的消化道反应已成为恶性肿瘤患者化疗后最常见的不良反应之一,消化道不良反应显著降低了患者的生活质量和治疗依从性。目前,西医治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后消化道不良反应以对症治疗为主,中医治疗注重整体调节,通过减毒增效提高患者整体生活质量。未来,预防和治疗消化道不良反应、提高患者治疗依从性和生活质量成为恶性肿瘤治疗面临的主要问题。
Chemotherapy plays a leading role in the treatment of malignant tumor.However,the patients often have a variety of adverse reactions after using drugs.Nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension and constipation as the main clinical manifestations of gastrointestinal reactions have become one of the most common adverse effects after chemotherapy,which have greatly reduced the quality of life and treatment compliance of the patients.At present,the western medicine treatments are mainly symptomatic treatments,while Chinese medicine focuses on the overall regulation,which has the effect of reducing toxicity and improving the overall quality of life of the patients.In future,the prevention and treatment of various adverse gastrointestinal reactions,to improve the patient compliance and quality of life,will be the main problem in the treatment of malignant tumors in the clinical practice.
