摘要：经筋是人体能够产生力量的维持运动屈伸的筋肉系统。文章基于经筋理论,从内外合因、经筋受损,横络痹阻、不通则痛,经筋失用、功能障碍3个方面论述经筋与肩周炎发病的相关性,从而确定循经筋选点的针刀治疗思路,应遵循“解结”原则,根据“阴阳辨证,确定病筋”“整体分析,远近结合”的具体方法确定针刀治疗的点位,以此为针刀治疗肩周炎开拓新的思路,指导临床治疗。
Meridian tendons are muscle systems that can produce strength to maintain flexion and extension. Based on the meridian tendon theory, this paper discusses the correlation between meridian tendons and periarthritis humeroscapularis from three aspects: internal and external causes, damage of meridian tendons, obstruction of muscle meridian region, pain caused by obstruction of meridian tendons, loss of meridian tendons and dysfunction, so as to determine the treatment thought of needleknife based on the selection of points along meridian tendon. The principle of ‘untying knot’ should be followed, and the point of needle-knife treatment should be determined according to the idea of ‘syndrome differentiation of yin-yang, identify the meridian tendon of disease’, ‘overall analysis, and combination of distance and proximity’. Taking this as a needle-knife treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis to open up new ideas and guide clinical treatment.
