摘要：目的:研究排铅茶饮料对铅污染大鼠肾脏损害后血铅、尿α1 MG及尿β2 MG的影响。方法:将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,按文献给大鼠自由饮用三水醋酸铅溶液,造成铅性肾病模型,各组灌渭后检测大鼠血铅、尿α1 MG、尿β2 MG的含量。结果:排铅茶饮料能明显降低大鼠血铅、尿α1 MG、尿β2 MG的含量(P <0 .0 1 )。结论:排铅茶饮料可以有效拮抗铅污染对肾脏的损害,逐渐排除体内的铅,保护肾脏。
Objective:To investigate the influence of paiqiancha beverage on the levels of the blood lead,α 1-MG and β 2-MG in the urine of the rats that their kidneyes were damaged by the pollution of the lead. Methods:Sixty rats were separated to five groups at random. Then they were fed the acetous lead liquors to establish the model of the saturnine nephritis according to the documents. The levels of three quotas were determined after all rats were poured medicine down the stomach. Results: Paiqiancha beverage can decrease markedly the levels of the blood lead ,α 1-MG and β 2-MG in the urine of the rats (P<0.01).Conclusion: Paiqiancha beverage can resistant effectively the kidney damaged by the pollution of the lead, clean the lead in the body, protect the kidney and renew renal function.
