摘要:综述基于H型血管探讨中药治疗骨质疏松症作用机制的研究进展。研究发现,中药对H型血管的调控主要集中在血管中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)/血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、切口通路(Notch)、血小板衍生生长因子-BB(PDGF-BB)、刺猬通路(Hedgehog)等关键通路,通过调节其上下游信号以及相关靶基因、靶蛋白的表达,促进骨组织血管再生和骨细胞成骨分化,刺激血管生成与成骨耦合,从而改善骨骼内部结构、稳定骨代谢、减少骨流失、增加骨密度、实现骨质疏松症的有效防治。
This paper reviews the research progress on the mechanism of Chinese materia medica treatment of osteoporosis based on H-type vessels.Studies have found that the regulation of Chinese materia medica on H-type blood vessels mainly focuses on key pathways such as hypoxia-inducing factor-1α(HIF-1α)/vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),Notch,platelet-derived growth factor-BB(PDGF-BB)and Hedgehog.By regulating the expression of its upstream and downstream signals as well as related target genes and target proteins,it can promote bone tissue angiogenesis and osteoblast differentiation,stimulate the coupling of angiogenesis and osteoblast,thereby improving the internal structure of bone,stabilizing bone metabolism,reducing bone loss,increasing bone density,and realizing effective prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
