摘要：胆心综合征为临床常见病,王道坤教授认为病多为肝胆气机不畅,胆腑郁热,循经上扰心包(心神)而成,病机特点为本虚标实,故以疏利肝胆、宣通气机、和解清热立法,擅用经方柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤化裁治疗胆心综合征,病症结合,疗效甚佳,值得临床借鉴。
Gallbladder-heart syndrome is a common clinical disease. Professor WANG Daokun believes that this disease is mostly caused by the hepatobiliary dysfunction, the depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat and disturbing the heart along the meridian. The pathogenesis is characterized by asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality. Therefore, in accordance with the legislation of dispelling hepatobiliary, promoting ventilation, reconciling and clearing away heat, chaihu plus longgu muli decoction is very good for treating gallbladder-heart syndrome, really realizing the combination of the disease-syndrome and achieving remarkabl e efficacy, which is worthy of clinical reference.
