摘要：中国改革开放的不断深入,不仅带动综合国力的发展,更促进了文化的深入发展。高校思政工作要重视多元文化背景下高校思政教学改革的重要性,着重从做好内容创新、教学方法创新、借助网络优势和营造良好教育氛围四个方面进行思政教学改革,正确引导青年对待多元文化,形成科学的文化思维,实现大学生全面发展、社会主义现代化建设者和接班人的教育目标。
With the continuous development of social economy, the communication with other countries is also deepening, which not only drives the development of society, but also promotes the development of culture. Nowadays, with the development of cultural diversity, each culture has its unique values and core values. Therefore, in education, we should start with the development of cultural diversity and do a good job in ideological and political education reform in colleges and universities, so as to achieve the goal of development.
