摘要：2009年甘肃省甘谷县开展了精神病患者综合管理试点工作,建立了多部门参与的"四位一体"综合管理机制,在精神病患者住院补偿、门诊费用报销、用药指导、康复保障等方面积极改进,为患者提供了正规治疗保障,提高了患者康复率,减轻了患者家庭的经济负担,为欠发达县区发展农村卫生及精神病患管理摸索和提供了可借鉴的经验和成果。
In 2009, Gangu County launched a pilot integrated management of psychiatric patients. It established a ＂four in one＂ integrated management mechanism participated by multi - sectorial. Practice had been taken on psychiatric hospitalization, outpatient reimbursement, medication guide, rehabilitation and security and other aspects of active exploration, provided a formal treatment for patients protect, improved patient recovery rates, reduced the financial burden on families of patients. Provides some useful experience for psychiatric patients management and rural mental health management.
