摘要:代课教师是继国家解决民办教师问题后在农村地区出现的一个特殊群体,尴尬的身份与拮据的经济收入使得代课教师受到了社会各界的广泛关注。选取甘肃M县为实证调查点,并以社会学理性选择理论为视角来分析代课教师职业选择的微观个人因素,指出代课教师的行动并没有完全受到制度的牵制,他们的行动不是盲目的。相反,代课教师当初选择收入低、身份尴尬的教师职业是一种兼具生存理性、经济理性与社会理性的理性行为。
Substitute teachers are a special group in rural areas which has emerged after the government has solved the prob-lems of teachers who are not on government payroll.Their embarrassing identity and less revenue have aroused widespread concern from the various circles of society.This paper,taking M county in Gansu for the empirical investigation,analyzes the micro-personal factors of substitute teachers’ career choices in the perspective of sociological rational choice theory and points out that the actions of substitute teachers are not fully contained by the system and they are not blind.On the contrary,their choice of being such teachers is a behavior of survival,economic,social rationality.
