摘要:土地综合承载力是社会、经济、环境的协调作用的中介和协调程度的表征,其空间异化研究能够有效地为多样化与区域适应性的土地利用政策的制定提供依据。通过构建土地资源综合承载力指标,从城市个体空间异化视角,采用熵值法确定权重,对兰州市土地资源承载力空间特征及其机理进行了剖析研究。研究认为,地均固定资产投资(0.102)、经济密度(0.088)指标所占比重较大,经济技术是兰州市土地综合承载力稳定发展的最主要因素;兰州市土地综合承载力指数总体变化呈现出"东南高、西北低"的空间分异特征;高承载力区主要受到经济技术条件的支撑,而榆中、皋兰等县低承载力区域,其主要受制于自然、经济环境多方面的限制。
The land comprehensive carrying capacity is intermediary and coordination degree of representation for harmonious action of social, economy and environment, research on spatial variation of land comprehensive carrying capacity can provide effectively basis for the establishment of land policy of diversifica- tion and regional adaptability. From the alienation perspective of urban individual space, the article have constructed index system of land comprehensive carrying capacity, analyzed characteristics of land comprehensive carrying capacity in Lanzhou and spatial variation. Studies suggest that, all the fixed assets investment (0.102).Economic density (0.088) index had larger proportion. Lanzhou economic technology is the main factors of steady development of land comprehensive carrying capacity. The space differentiation characteristics is that Southeast is high and Northwest is low for land comprehensive carrying capacity in Lanzhou. High bearing capacity area are mainly affected by the economic and technological conditions, location conditions. But YuZhong and GaoLan has been low situation, because there are subject to various restrictions of natural and economic environment.
