摘要：根据语言迁移理论提出假设,通过对定西师专英语专业大专新生的语音测试,说明当地方言对学生英语语音的学习(音段音位)有重要影响。故定西方言对当地学生英语语音的学习同样产生重要影响,学生的语音背景和情感因素叠加在一起,就会对英语语音的学习产生一定的作用。就此出现的问题,提出了一些的改进建议。
Hypothesis was put forward according to the theory of language transfer. Through the speech test on the English fresh majors in Dingxi Normal College, it drew the idea that the local dialect has a great effect on the acquisition of English phonetics（ especially in the segmental phoneme） to these college students. So, Dingxi dialect greatly affects on the acquisition of English phonetics to the local students.The students＂phonetics backgrounds and the emotional factors also produce certain effects on the study of English phonetics.Some suggestions were put forward in view of these problems.
