摘要：中医外科学是中医学的一门重要临床学科,也是中医药院校大学生的必修课程。为了让学生在课堂掌握更多的中医外科学知识,提高课堂教学质量,培养学生的临床思维能力,对涉及常见外科病的古今外科医案进行用数据挖掘的方法研究分析,提炼出临床辨治的药证精华,将古今中医外科名医的用药配伍规律体系和诊疗学术思想灵活融入课堂教学,进一步丰富、完善、更新课堂教学内容,以期让学生获得更多有临床实用价值的中医外科知识。
TCM surgery is an important and compulsory clinical course for undergraduate TCM majored students to enable them to command more TCM surgical knowledge, to improve teaching quality, and to cultivate their clinical thinking ability. This paper suggested that ancient and modern medical cases commonly seen in TCM surgery should be data-mined and analyzed, and that famous TCM doctors’academic thoughts on herbal compatibility and diagnosis and treatment should be researched and integrated with classroom teaching to enrich and renew teaching contents.
