摘要：马铃薯茎叶中含有丰富的有用物质,具有开发利用价值。提取茄尼醇、植物精油、制备高吸水材料、青贮饲料是目前马铃薯茎叶资源化利用的有效途径。本文综述了马铃薯茎叶利用国内外研究现状、利用途径、相关技术,为开展相关研究提供参考借鉴。
Potato vine contains plenty of useful substance worthy of tapping and using. At present, the most effective ways to use it are to extract solanesol and plant essential oil, or to make high water absorbent material and silage. The paper reviews the research status of potato vine both at home and abroad, the utilization ways and related techniques, all of which will provide reference to the future concerned researches.
