摘要：胃癌(GC)是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁人类生命健康和财产安全,目前其治疗以手术、放化疗、靶向及免疫治疗等手段为主,但不良反应及副作用大,且肿瘤复发转移率较高,而中医药作为补充替代医学,在肿瘤治疗方面有着独特优势。四君子汤是益气健脾的基础方,广泛用于消化系统疾病,研究发现四君子汤对胃癌具有较好的治疗效果。临床研究表明,四君子汤可以明显改善肿瘤患者血清学指标,减轻放化疗不良反应,增强放化疗敏感度,提高肿瘤患者身体免疫力和生活质量等;实验研究证实,四君子汤可以抑制胃癌细胞增殖、促进细胞凋亡、逆转细胞耐药、抗肿瘤血管生成、促进免疫、抑制癌细胞干性、调节相关miRNA表达,从而发挥抗肿瘤作用。对四君子汤治疗胃癌的临床疗效和作用机制进行归纳总结,以期为该方的进一步研究及临床应用提供更多依据和参考。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive system,which seriously threatens the physical health and life safety of human beings.At present,the main treatment methods for gastric cancer are surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,targeting and immunotherapy,etc.,but the adverse reactions and side effects are large,and the recurrence and metastasis rate of tumor is high.As a complementary and alternative medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of tumor.Sijunzi decoction is a basic formula for supplementing Qi and strengthening spleen.It is widely used for digestive diseases.Studies have found that Sijunzi decoction has a good therapeutic effect on gastric cancer.Clinical studies have shown that Sijunzi decoction can significantly improve the serological indexes of tumor patients,reduce the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,enhance the sensitivity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and improve the physical immunity and quality of life of tumor patients.Experimental studies have confirmed that Sijunzi decoction can inhibit the proliferation of gastric cancer cells,promote cell apoptosis,reverse cell drug resistance,inhibit tumor angiogenesis,promote immunity,inhibit the stemness of cancer cells,and regulate the expression of related miRNA,so as to play an anti-tumor role.The clinical efficacy and mechanism of Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of gastric cancer were summarized in order to provide more basis and reference for further research and clinical application of this prescription.
