摘要:"项目导向+任务驱动"教学法以其独特的优势在高职院校的教学中得以广泛的应用。本文对在马铃薯变性淀粉加工技术教学中应用该教学方法进行了探索,即如何对项目进行任务分解、任务的组织实施,并用任务的实施过程进行教学内容的设计。结果表明,"项目导向+任务驱动"教学方法在马铃薯变性淀粉加工技术教学中对学生的理论、操作水平、学习兴趣等均有一定的提高作用,可以使学生掌握更多理论知识和实践操作技能。
The "Pm iect-oriented+Task-driven" Method is widely used in the teaching of the Higher Vocational College because of its u- nique advantages. The paper explores the application of the method in the teaching of the processing technology of denatured potato starch. That is how to decompose the project, how to perform the task, and how to design the teaching contents in the process of the implementation of the task. The result shows that this method could help to improve the students' theory, operation and learning interests in the teaching of the processing technology of denatured potato starch. As a result, the students master more theories and operation skills.
