摘要：重大传染性疾病的暴发给人类生存和发展带来极大威胁和巨大损失。2020年新冠疫情暴发,全球笼罩在疫情阴影之下。健全和完善传染病防控机制是我们在今后面对疫情时,更加积极主动,减少损失的有效途径。文章结合当前形势,提出加强传染病危机意识、建立和完善传染病防控预警体系、健全危机处理的体制机制、强化信息公开和舆论导向、强化保障体系建设、建立以预防为主的卫生服务体系等一系列措施,为推进传染病防控机制作用的有效发挥提供借鉴和参考。
The outbreak of major infectious diseases has brought great threat and great loss to the survival and development of mankind. The COVID-19 outbreak this year has cast a shadow over the world. Constructing and improving the mechanism of the prevention and control of infectious diseases is the more proactive and powerful way to reduce the loss when we face the outbreak of infectious diseases in the future. On the basis of the current situation, this paper puts forward a series of strategies including strengthening crisis awareness, establishing and perfecting the pre-warning system for the control and prevention of infectious diseases, improving the mechanism of crisis management system, strengthening information disclosure and guidance of public opinion, enhancing the construction of guarantee system, and setting up a health service system that focuses on prevention, so as to provide reference for promoting the effective role of the infectious disease prevention and control mechanism.
