摘要:The construction of 1-azaspiro[4.4]nonane framework was achieved via the key Stevens rearrangement reaction of the Weinreb amide. And the subsequent steps mediated by the carbonyl of Weinreb amide led to the concise formal synthesis of (& PLUSMN;)-cephalotaxine. Further development and application of asymmetric Stevens rearrangement of the Weinreb amide are underway.
