摘要：缺血性脑卒中后吞咽困难是由于双侧上运动神经元受损,导致延髓运动性颅神经核-疑核和三叉神经运动核失去了运动神经元的支配,出现了中枢性瘫痪引起的。脑卒中后患者出现吞咽障碍的发病率可达51%。近年来发现电针联合康复训练治疗缺血性脑卒中后吞咽障碍可以取得显著效果。
Dysphagia after ischemic stroke is caused by the damage of bilateral upper motor neurons,resulting in the loss of motor neuron innervation of medullary motoneuron nucleus ambiguus and trigeminal motoneuron,resulting in central paralysis.The incidence rate of dysphagia after stroke is 51%.In recent years,it has been found that electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can achieve significant results in the treatment of dysphagia after ischemic stroke.
