摘要：类风湿关节炎是临床常见病,多发病,临床表现复杂隐匿,缺乏特异性的诊断手段和不规范的治疗,最终导致关节强直及畸形,甚至致残,严重威胁人类的健康,联合检测抗CCP抗体和RF不仅可以提高类风湿关节炎的早期诊断,也可以为预后评判产生积极影响,为指导临床工作及预测RA预后提供依据。
Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease of clinical common and frequently-occurring, with complex and inapparent manifestations in clinic, lack of specific diagnostic means and irregular treatment, resulting in joint stiffness and deformity, and even disability, seriously threats to human health. Detection of anti-CCP antibodies and RF in treating rheumatoid arthritis can not only improve the early diagnosis, but also have a positive effect on prognostic evaluation, and guides clinical work and predictes the prognosis of RA.
